Das Kasimir Tuch zeichnet sich durch seine herausragende Qualität aus. Es kann beispielsweise
auch für die Klaviaturgarnierung in Streifen mit entsprechender Breite gerissen werden. Die
abstehenden Fasern an den Risskanten lassen sich problemlos mit einer Brennlampe egalisieren.

A larger diameter and higher density in front-rail punchings not only results in a noticeable
improvement in playability and touch, but also one that can actually be heard. This was demonstrated,
at an entertaining seminar at the BDK annual conference at the Förster piano factory in Löbau.

□ 🇺🇸 Set for measuring drilling angles on hammer heads

A set can be used to professionally determine drilling- and strike-angles for hammer heads. It contains three tools. Two gauges for the drilling angle and strike angle. With the additional tool, the drilling angle can be precisely aligned with the strings and determined in the instrument.

□ 🇩🇪 Set zum Messen von Bohrwinkeln an Hammerköpfen

Mit einem Set lassen sich professionell Bohr-, und Anschlagswinkel für Hammerköpfe bestimmen. Es beinhaltet drei Werkzeuge. Zwei Winkelmesser für die Bohrschräge sowie Anschlagswinkel. Mit dem einem weiteren Einsatz kann im Instrument der Bohrwinkel exakt an den Saitenverlaufs ausgerichtet und bestimmt werden.

Precise torque is very important for the exact alignment and subsequent tightening of the action screws on grand actions. This applies in particular to actions with ‘tubes’, aluminium bars or spring washers, such as those used by Renner in modern actions. The torque can be easily set from 1.0-5.0 Nm on the handle of the special torque wrench and read off the analogue scale.

Zum exakten ausrichten und dem folgenden Festziehen der Kapselschrauben an Flügelmechaniken ist ein exakter Drehmoment von großer Bedeutung. Dies gilt insbesondere Für Mechaniken mit „Tuben“, Aluleiste oder mit Federscheiben, wie sie beispielsweise die Firma Renner in modernen Mechaniken einsetzt.

Adjusting and setting up the action on the workbench is not only more convenient than in the instrument, it is also considerably quicker, and the overall result is more precise.
 

The stop rails are made of nine millimetre-thick Plexiglas. This ensures a high degree of stability, which is very important for regulating the check and playing feel

Die Regulierung und Einrichtung der Mechanik auf der Werkbank ist nicht nur bequemer als im Instrument, sie ist erheblich schneller und im Gesamtergebnis exakter.

Die Anschlagsplatten sind aus neun Millimeter starkem Plexiglas. Dies gewährleistet eine hohe Stabilität, die für Regulieren von Fang und Spielgefühl sehr wichtig ist.
